Free delivery
Our free delivery service only applies to UK mainland.
Highlands & Islands will incur a surcharge of £10.00. International delivery will incur a surcharge depending on the country.

For most items our standard courier service will attempt delivery twice and will leave a calling card if no one is home to sign for the delivery.
You can contact them directly using the details on the calling card to arrange re-delivery.
In the event that you do not respond to the calling card the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Customer Collection
Customers are welcome to collect in person from the gallery. This can be arranged prior or after sales.

While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase online or in the gallery, just return it to the store in its original packaging, within 14 days, and your goods will be exchanged or a credit note issued.

Damaged in transit. 
Any item that arrives damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging materials as these will be needed for insurance/inspection purposes.
Replacements of refunds will be given upon proof of damage claimed by the courier.
